With over a decade of clinical experience, Carolina P. Little, LMFT, is a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and proud graduate of Arizona State University. Raised in Mexico and deeply involved in her church and local community from a young age, Carolina developed an early fascination with family dynamics. That passion blossomed into a lifelong career focused on helping individuals, couples, and families create a harmonious balance within themselves and their relationships through all of life's transitions.

Carolina provides comprehensive, trauma-informed care for clients navigating domestic violence, family conflict, and personal challenges. She holds specialized credentials including a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) to support mothers and growing families through pregnancy and postpartum care. Her clinical practice features advanced training in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based model that relieves child and adolescent trauma while easing caregiver distress. Additionally, she is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and specializes in evidence-based parenting curriculums such as Love and Logic, Nurturing Parenting Programs, and Conscious Discipline.

As a bilingual provider, Carolina is passionate about delivering culturally sensitive care that honors each client's unique background and values, offering complete individual, couples, and family therapy in both English and Spanish (ofrece servicios de terapia individual, de pareja y familiar totalmente en español). Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their young children, and their two pugs.
